My current employer is Habari Node Ltd a networking company(www.habari.co.tz)  The bulk of my duties is to monitor and manage the network  and on top of being an emergency support mainly deal with clients experiencing DOS attacks, loss of connectivity, quality control and security issues.
As the leading internet service provider in the region we feel responsible to the community. We have attended to this problem in various ways among them being running a philanthropic educational program for schools called EOL(www.eol.habari.co.tz). Also provide support and consultancy for residents in the region on network setup and maintenance. The rewards though had itemize are tangible as this has help reduce vulnerability on networks, increase functionality of these networks and mainly optimize the usage of these networks.
